About the role

  • Perform damage tolerance analyses on primary structural elements (PSE)
  • Provide recommendations on aircraft structural design concepts and repair solutions
  • Develop fatigue spectra
  • Validate damage tolerance analyses against experimental test results
  • Support the development of the maintenance manual in collaboration with technical publications and maintenance engineering teams
  • Collaborate with suppliers, ensuring compliance with program methodology and technical requirements
  • Review supplier reports and analyses
  • Prepare certification reports

Requirements

  • **YOUR PROFILE IS ESSENTIAL TO OUR SUCCESS** 💎
  • - You hold a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering
  • - You have at least five (5) years of experience in stress analysis of metallic aircraft structures, primarily as an airframe fatigue and damage tolerance specialist
  • - Knowledge of software such as NASTRAN, PATRAN, NASGRO, CATIA V5, MS Office and Google Suite is mandatory
  • - Previous experience working on an aircraft development program or in-service support, including certification activities, is an asset
  • - Knowledge of non-destructive testing (NDT) techniques is an asset
  • - You have a strong sense of responsibility, integrity, and are a team player
  • - You possess good communication skills
  • - You must be able to read and communicate in both French and English
