Controller

• As a member of the Finance department, the Project Controller is responsible for optimizing the financial data of the subsidiaries within their scope with regard to internal projects as well as service or engineering contracts. They organize the financial aspects of the project by breaking it down into packages, phases or stages, while monitoring costs, schedules and outcomes.
• MISSIONS 🎯
• Prepare the initial budget and produce the forecast schedule covering all phases of the project based on the purchase order or estimation file, in collaboration with Project Managers;
• Populate management documents (from their preparation to distribution);
• Monitor the financial progress of projects by controlling all costs and revenues throughout the life of the project (commitments, expenses, changes and budget transfers, provisions);
• Analyze and identify variances during the project between the current budget and the cost at completion;
• Alert project management and propose corrective actions in case of forecasted overruns;
• Present the monthly production report at meetings with Operational Management in support of the Head of Project Controlling;
• Extract and analyze the financial closing statement of projects and communicate it to Project Managers;
• Ensure compliance with standards regarding the presentation and content of financial documents.

Engineer

• Perform damage tolerance analyses on primary structural elements (PSE)
• Provide recommendations on aircraft structural design concepts and repair solutions
• Develop fatigue spectra
• Validate damage tolerance analyses against experimental test results
• Support the development of the maintenance manual in collaboration with technical publications and maintenance engineering teams
• Collaborate with suppliers, ensuring compliance with program methodology and technical requirements
• Review supplier reports and analyses
• Prepare certification reports

Stress Analysis Engineer – Fatigue, Damage Tolerance

Designer

• Support production operations on multi-platform aircraft programs
• Collect information directly on aircraft
• Understand and resolve airframe (structure) and systems issues by providing technical support to production
• Develop dispositions in response to Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) raised by Quality
• Ensure the application of standard practices when developing repairs
• Design effective and optimal repairs to address anomalies identified on aircraft in production
• Ensure the maintenance of aircraft quality, compliance and safety when developing repairs
• Help minimize the risk of product or component failures and ensure the safety of end users (passengers)
• Maintain accurate documentation of all actions taken to resolve non-conformities
• Work closely with other disciplines such as stress/structural analysis, materials and processes, systems, flight sciences, design, methods, quality and operations to meet the company’s business objectives
• Participate in projects aimed at increasing productivity, reducing waste and improving financial performance
• Understand the AS9100 standard requirements related to the responsibilities of this role

MRB Designer – Aerostructures

Backend Engineer

• Undertake activities related to the design and development of functional simulation models as part of a project team.
• Interpret electrical and pneumatic schematics as well as functional specifications.
• Be a technical expert in train modeling, ensure timely delivery of individual assignments, effective utilization of time on individual assignment and team management, be a mentor, coach, & a friend to other team member, provide improvement ideas and opportunities.
