About the role
- Develop new clients and business opportunities
- Develop and implement the sales strategic plan aligned with company objectives
- Manage, mentor, and develop a team of account managers
- Propose effective strategies for market diversification
- Monitor the market and competitors strategically
- Inform, promote, and act as an advisor to clients
- Analyze client needs and negotiate contract terms
- Participate in strategic budget development
- Use the CRM and ensure it is kept up to date
- Ensure client retention by building trusting relationships.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience in a similar role
- In-depth knowledge of the aerospace industry
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, or another related field
- Established network of contacts in the industry
- Experience acquiring new accounts
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Bilingual: French and English, written and spoken.
