About the role
- Identify and research companies that fit our "Ideal Customer Profile."
- Execute cold calling, personalized LinkedIn messaging, and strategic email campaigns to book discovery meetings.
- Engage with prospects to understand their technical pain points and determine if the organization is the right fit.
- Maintain a clean and active CRM to ensure that no leads fall through the cracks.
- Partner closely with Account Executives to transition qualified leads and help close deals.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in direct sales, lead generation, or outbound telesales (Experience in the IT/Tech sector is a major plus).
- The "Hunter" Mentality: You aren't afraid of the word "no."
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication.
- Social Selling Savvy: Deep familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and modern outreach tools.
- Tech Literacy: Comfortable using CRMs and sales engagement platforms (like Outreach, Apollo, or Gong).
- Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
