About the role

  • Execute, support and advise the Sales team (Sales Managers and Sales Executives) on all requests related to customer registration, customer portfolio, sales map, licenses, special tax regimes and tax information.
  • Critically analyze documentation received for the creation and maintenance of customer records, ensuring consistency of information in SAP and correct structuring of the sales map.
  • Ensure accurate entry of sales orders, preventing blocks in the order-entry process and guaranteeing correct dissemination of commercial information (Sales Bulletin).
  • Ensure correct calculation of the Sales team's variable compensation, based on registered and processed information.
  • Develop, maintain and update manuals for ADMV's critical processes, ensuring standardization and continuity of activities.
  • Act as a Key User, promoting knowledge dissemination and ensuring trained backups are available to cover absences or vacations.
  • Perform tests of system improvements and changes requested from IT, executing validations in the QA environment to ensure adherence to requirements and no impact on existing processes.
  • Identify continuous improvement opportunities in ADMV processes, proposing solutions based on critical analysis and day-to-day execution to mitigate errors and improve efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related fields;
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in Sales Administration, Customer Master Data or Tax/Fiscal roles;
  • Analytical ability, sense of urgency and organizational skills;
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate and coordinate with multiple departments;
  • Proficiency in SAP and Excel;
