About the role
- Diagnose, process and resolve customer requests using support tools and remote support
- Ensure rigorous tracking of incidents until full resolution
- Manage communications with clients, liaising with internal teams while taking account of priorities and urgent issues
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing clear, effective and lasting solutions
- Escalate recurring issues to contribute to the continuous improvement of support
- Participate in optimizing team processes and practices
Requirements
- First experience in customer support / hotline, ideally in the healthcare sector
- Comfortable with IT and office software/tools
- Strong written communication skills
- Good interpersonal and telephone skills
