About the role

  • You provide competent support to our ERP customers for incoming support requests (phone, email, ticketing system)
  • You perform qualified first-line troubleshooting for incidents and problem cases
  • You analyze issues in a structured manner and assess urgency and impact
  • You coordinate customer concerns as the central interface between Development, Support, Consulting, Back Office and Sales
  • You identify the appropriate handler for each topic and ensure a clean handover
  • You keep track of open cases and ensure consistent, reliable communication
  • You document in a structured way and ensure transparency within the system

Requirements

  • You have experience in customer support, IT support or customer consulting (e.g. retail, services, call center, helpdesk)
  • You communicate clearly, calmly and solution-focused — even in demanding situations
  • You work in a structured manner and are confident in prioritizing
  • You understand operational processes (e.g. in logistics, production or finance)
  • You have a good technical understanding and can follow technical relationships
  • You maintain an overview even when handling multiple parallel cases
