Editor

• Du gestaltest und optimierst aktiv unsere Finance-Prozesse und bringst eigene Ideen mit ein
• Du verantwortest die gesamte Kreditorenbuchhaltung – inklusive Prüfung, Kontierung, Verbuchung und Zahlung von Eingangsrechnungen (Waren und Leistungen)
• Du kümmerst Dich um die Pflege und Abstimmung von Konten sowie Stammdaten
• Du unterstützt unser Liquiditäts- und Cash-Tracking und behältst wichtige Kennzahlen im Blick
• Du wirkst bei Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen nach HGB mit
• Du arbeitest eng mit unserem Controlling und weiteren Fachbereichen zusammen, insbesondere dem Einkauf
• Unterstützung und Stellvertretung der Kollegen in Haupt- & Debitorenbuchhaltung

• Design and final artwork of communication materials, such as sales collateral and advertisements

• You actively shape and optimize our finance processes and contribute your own ideas
• You are responsible for the entire accounts payable function — including checking, account assignment, posting and payment of supplier invoices (goods and services)
• You maintain and reconcile accounts as well as master data
• You support our liquidity and cash tracking and monitor key metrics
• You assist with monthly and annual financial statements in accordance with HGB (German Commercial Code)
• You work closely with our Controlling team and other departments, particularly Purchasing
