About the role

  • Own and manage the customer onboarding process
  • Drive process improvement by developing best practices and identifying opportunities to enhance onboarding efficiency and customer satisfaction
  • Oversee multiple onboarding projects simultaneously
  • Collaborate with clients on specific configurations and customizations to meet their unique needs
  • Manage and execute development tasks related to onboarding new clients, leveraging Python/Flask, NextJS/React, and Tailwind CSS

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience as a backend software engineer, with a strong focus on Python (Flask)
  • Proficiency in working with PostgreSQL and familiarity with other database systems
  • Experience in frontend development using React
  • Strong knowledge of Git for version control
  • Familiarity with SQL for basic data queries and analysis
  • Nice-to-have: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Proven ability to embrace rapid prototyping
  • Demonstrated interest in taking ownership of major initiatives
  • Effective team player with excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Comfortable working with autonomy
