About the role
- Design, implement and scale our growth marketing strategies for all marketing channels (both B2B and B2C)
- Help increase customer acquisition, engagement and retention
- Run experiments in different marketing channels to help identify what works best for Softr's business and product
- Be knowledgeable of online advertising platforms and analytics tools for online channels (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, etc.)
- Define and report on metrics regularly to the leadership team
- Collaborate and partner with the product team on in-product growth topics
Requirements
- Experienced with horizontal, PLG-type SaaS companies
- Have breadth across all areas of growth marketing, with depth in some of these areas: content & SEO, email/lifecycle marketing, website management & conversion rate optimizations, marketing ops and analytics
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Love for solving problems
- You care deeply about users and experience building and maintaining relationships with complex, multi-geographical customers
