Job Level

About the role

  • Design, implement and scale our growth marketing strategies for all marketing channels (both B2B and B2C)
  • Help increase customer acquisition, engagement and retention
  • Run experiments in different marketing channels to help identify what works best for Softr's business and product
  • Be knowledgeable of online advertising platforms and analytics tools for online channels (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, etc.)
  • Define and report on metrics regularly to the leadership team
  • Collaborate and partner with the product team on in-product growth topics

Requirements

  • Experienced with horizontal, PLG-type SaaS companies
  • Have breadth across all areas of growth marketing, with depth in some of these areas: content & SEO, email/lifecycle marketing, website management & conversion rate optimizations, marketing ops and analytics
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Love for solving problems
  • You care deeply about users and experience building and maintaining relationships with complex, multi-geographical customers
  • Urgency is your mindset
