• Design, implement and scale our growth marketing strategies for all marketing channels (both B2B and B2C).

• Be knowledgeable of online advertising platforms and analytics tools for online channels (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, etc.).

• Define and report on metrics regularly to the leadership team.
• Collaborate and partner with the product team on in-product growth topics, and with the community on community-driven initiatives.
• Grow the Softr customer base through co-marketing opportunities with other companies and partnerships.

Growth Marketer

Product Designer

• As a Product Designer, you will work on delivering design solutions, working closely with engineers and product managers, from the discovery phase, to the implementation phase.
• Create and deliver end-to-end product design solutions.
• Contribute to the creation and maintenance of our Design System.
• Deliver high-fidelity interfaces, including prototypes and documentation for a smooth engineering hand-off.
• Communicate projects' progress with stakeholders in a written or verbal format for alignment and feedback.
• Collaborate with the Growth team to run A/B testing and design experiments.
• Create, deliver and own design solutions across our product.

Sales

• Develop and define the sales process: Build the sales process from the ground up, and acting as the first dedicated salesperson to transition the company from founder-led sales to a more scalable model.
• Take full ownership of the sales cycle, from identifying and prospecting potential customers to closing deals.
• Prospect and qualify leads: Identify potential customers, develop relationships, and qualify leads and manage the sales pipeline through inbound and/or outbound efforts.
• Expand customer accounts: Help customers identify more use cases to use Softr and expand their usage of Softr - growing revenue in the process.
• Lead the company’s efforts in selling our horizontal products across multiple company segments as well as customer profiles (from SMBs to large organisations).
• Set up systems and processes: Establish or expand on existing foundational sales systems and data tracking, as many may not be in place.
• Collaborate with the founder: Work closely with the founder to refine messaging and strategies based on real-world customer feedback.

Recruitment

• Manage the end-to-end talent acquisition cycle from demand generation and role briefing to active sourcing, interviewing, and hiring.
• Develop creative recruiting and sourcing strategies to win top talent.
• Active sourcing of international talents in diverse channels, e.g., LinkedIn, Dribbble, niche communities, etc.
• Work closely with hiring managers to create job descriptions and consult with them during the hiring process.
• Structure interviews with a clear agenda/goal, and ensure that all hiring team members are well-equipped to evaluate candidates.
• Take ownership in driving recruitment process improvements.

Talent Acquisition Partner

Social Media Manager

• Own our social strategy: Plan, create, and publish content across LinkedIn and X, and explore other key channels to grow reach, engagement, and brand awareness.
• Lead creative storytelling: Turn GTM launches, customer stories, and product updates into narrative-driven posts and campaigns that stand out in the no-code / SaaS space.
• Engage and create conversation: Be an active voice in our social channels— respond to comments, jump into relevant industry discussions, and find ways to connect with users, builders, and partners in authentic ways.
• Support branded creator campaigns: Work alongside our Influencer Manager to collaborate with creators and influencers to expand Softr’s reach and brand presence in new communities.
• Collaborate across teams: Partner with product marketing, design, and community to amplify launches, events, and company milestones.
• Support thought leadership: Help leadership and team members craft authentic, high-impact posts that reflect their voices while staying aligned with brand messaging.
• Track and analyze performance: Measure engagement, reach, and growth to continuously improve content strategy.
• Stay ahead of trends: Spot creative trends in social, tech, and design communities and translate them into actionable ideas for Softr’s channels.
