Growth Marketing

• Design, implement and scale our growth marketing strategies for all marketing channels (both B2B and B2C).
• Help increase customer acquisition, engagement and retention.
• Run experiments in different marketing channels to help identify what works best for Softr's business and product.
• Be knowledgeable of online advertising platforms and analytics tools for online channels (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, etc.).
• Be analytical and measure the success of our GTM strategy in user acquisition, retention, engagement and monetization.
• Define and report on metrics regularly to the leadership team.
• Collaborate and partner with the product team on in-product growth topics, and with the community on community-driven initiatives.
• Grow the Softr customer base through co-marketing opportunities with other companies and partnerships (e.g. with third-party communities, agencies, educational institutions, incubators/accelerators, tech newsletters/podcasts), in collaboration with our Community Lead.

Senior Growth Marketer – Self-Serve

• Design and scale demand generation strategies that feed directly into sales pipeline — across ABM, SEO, performance marketing, events/workshops, lifecycle marketing, and paid & organic campaigns.
• Build and refine target account lists using enrichment tools, intent signals, and creative data sourcing.
• Run personalized, signal-based campaigns to reach core audiences.
• Run experiments across demand channels to improve lead volume, quality, and conversion rates.
• Create content, and partner with other marketing team members to ensure relevant content and live events drive engagement for sales motions.
• Distribute across email, social, and other channels.
• Work with our paid media agency to execute SEM and social ad campaigns that support sales pipeline.
• Set up proper website tracking, routing, and workflows for sales pipeline.
• Create personalized landing pages and run A/B tests to improve conversion rates.
• Measure the success of demand generation efforts across MQLs, PQLs, SQLs, pipeline, and revenue, reporting results to leadership.

• Own our social strategy: Plan, create, and publish content across LinkedIn and X, and explore other key channels to grow reach, engagement, and brand awareness.
• Lead creative storytelling: Turn GTM launches, customer stories, and product updates into narrative-driven posts and campaigns that stand out in the no-code / SaaS space.
• Engage and create conversation: Be an active voice in our social channels— respond to comments, jump into relevant industry discussions, and find ways to connect with users, builders, and partners in authentic ways.
• Support branded creator campaigns: Work alongside our Influencer Manager to collaborate with creators and influencers to expand Softr’s reach and brand presence in new communities.
• Collaborate across teams: Partner with product marketing, design, and community to amplify launches, events, and company milestones.
• Support thought leadership: Help leadership and team members craft authentic, high-impact posts that reflect their voices while staying aligned with brand messaging.
• Track and analyze performance: Measure engagement, reach, and growth to continuously improve content strategy.

• Plan, host and execute regular educational workshops with partners, community members, and customers.
