About the role

  • Support user assistance for the 1Doc platform via online chat;
  • Assist in handling tickets submitted by customers;
  • Clarify basic user questions about using the platform;
  • Assist with completing spreadsheets according to management instructions;
  • Assist in configuring simple services within the 1Doc system;
  • Digital mindset, curiosity about new technologies, and interest in understanding how Artificial Intelligence can transform processes, experiences, and outcomes.

Requirements

  • Reside in Florianópolis and be available to travel in person to CIEE/SC (once a week) and to the Head Office (1–2 times per week);
  • Availability to work the morning shift (09:00–13:00);
  • Interest in IT and Support areas;
  • Basic knowledge of the Office suite;
  • Knowledge of, or interest in, Artificial Intelligence technologies: tools, applications, and concepts.
