About the role
- Support user assistance for the 1Doc platform via online chat;
- Assist in handling tickets submitted by customers;
- Clarify basic user questions about using the platform;
- Assist with completing spreadsheets according to management instructions;
- Assist in configuring simple services within the 1Doc system;
- Digital mindset, curiosity about new technologies, and interest in understanding how Artificial Intelligence can transform processes, experiences, and outcomes.
Requirements
- Reside in Florianópolis and be available to travel in person to CIEE/SC (once a week) and to the Head Office (1–2 times per week);
- Availability to work the morning shift (09:00–13:00);
- Interest in IT and Support areas;
- Basic knowledge of the Office suite;
- Knowledge of, or interest in, Artificial Intelligence technologies: tools, applications, and concepts.
