• You will work in a development team focused on our digitalization and document management solution
• You will work closely with Product Management and Solution Consultants to implement changes and features according to customer requirements and our product vision
• Continuous development and modernization of our DMS, supporting all stages of the development lifecycle
• Close collaboration with Product Management and Solution Consultants to deliver new features aligned with customer needs and strategic planning
• Evaluation and selection of new technologies
• Knowledge sharing and mentoring/support for less experienced colleagues
• Participation in recruiting future team members

Software Developer, Digital Business

• You design and develop applications and services that run on modern platforms — whether as desktop apps, web services, or in scalable cloud environments.
• You actively contribute to the further development of our architecture standards (e.g., API design, CI/CD pipelines, security best practices).
• As an experienced member of our team with solid knowledge of software and applications, you are able to drive our projects forward.
