Account Executive

• You are the central point of contact between sales, project teams and customers: you keep processes running, ensure data and document organization, and monitor deadlines.
• CRM & ERP data maintenance: you keep customer, contact, product and contract data in CRM and ERP clean, up to date and logically structured.
• Quotes & tenders: you prepare and follow up on quotes, support tender processes and work closely with sales and technical teams — including providing input for field sales.
• Order processing (customer & supplier): you review orders, create order confirmations, coordinate purchases with suppliers, and keep track of deadlines and project information.
• Invoicing & contract management: you manage maintenance contracts, verify services, hand over billing data, support dunning procedures and ensure timely invoicing.
• Customer communication: you are the point of contact for customers and prospects, collect feedback, follow up and ensure everyone stays informed.
• Trade shows & events: you prepare trade show and event visits from a sales perspective, support follow-up and maintain leads in the CRM.
