About the role

  • Clarify questions regarding the functionality and features of SoftExpert applications;
  • Reproduce situations reported by the client to identify the root cause of incidents;
  • Interact with Development and Technology teams to resolve incidents;
  • Log all incidents reported by clients;
  • Provide Development and Technology teams with information aimed at the continuous improvement of SoftExpert applications;
  • Prepare follow-up reports for tickets;
  • Seek support and involvement from other SoftExpert areas (Development, Technology) to resolve incidents when necessary;
  • Apply correction packages/patches in the client's environment, depending on the support contract type and complexity;
  • Meet response times and other clauses stipulated in support contracts;
  • Assist the support team with technical questions about computing environments;
  • Help map and validate preventive and corrective procedures in computing environments;
  • Apply investigation and problem-resolution techniques;
  • Interact with the client's IT team or their designated representative;
  • Identify and leverage opportunities to sell services not covered by the support contract.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Information Systems, Systems Analysis and Development (ADS), Software Engineering, or related fields;
  • Experience providing software support;
  • Problem-solving skills;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication;
  • Intermediate to advanced English;
  • Experience with enterprise management software / ERP.
