Customer Retention Specialist

• Develop data-driven retention strategies to increase active users and reduce churn.
• Lead CRM, bonusing, and lifecycle engagement strategies across MarketRaces and Sweepluxe.
• Design automated retention campaigns (emails, push, SMS, in-app) and build player lifecycle journeys.
• Create and optimize bonuses, cashback programs, daily challenges, and seasonal promotions; run A/B tests.
• Develop VIP and high-value player retention strategies and personalize offers for top depositors.
• Identify early signs of churn using behavioral analytics and predictive modeling; create win-back campaigns.
• Track retention KPIs (DAU, MAU, D1/D7/D30 retention, LTV, churn); use analytics tools and present reports to leadership.
• Ensure strategies align with gambling regulations and responsible gaming; collaborate with customer support and KYC to prevent fraud.

• Softermii is currently looking for an experienced Architect with a strong background in the igaming (social casino) industry to support and lead our development team.
• Project aims to create an innovative social casino that redefines igaming with virtual rewards and competitive tournaments.
