Account Executive

• Prospect and generate new business pipeline through outbound outreach, referrals, partner channels, and inbound lead follow-up
• Own the full sales cycle — qualification, discovery, solution scoping, demo coordination, proposal, negotiation, and close
• Partner closely with pre-sales/solution consultants to tailor product demonstrations
• Build and maintain an accurate, healthy pipeline in our CRM
• Develop and execute territory and account-based prospecting plans
• Represent Softengine at industry trade shows, webinars, and networking events
• Stay current on ERP market trends, competitive positioning, and SAP Business One/Acumatica product capabilities
• Pro-actively collaborate with Marketing on campaigns
