About the role

Leads the design and architecture of innovative solutions that solve complex business challenges from proof of concept to productional deployment
Performs and advises the analysis, evaluation, modification, testing, and implementation of enterprise-wide systems with a large scope and unusual parameters
Researches, analyzes, designs, proposes, and delivers solutions aligned with company business and technology strategies
Leads diagnosis of complex problems and troubleshooting across enterprise systems
Develops programming and development standards and program architectures for code reuse
Defines architectures and designs across multiple IT functional areas and develops architectural blueprints and documentation
Collaborates with stakeholders to understand requirements and define technical strategies
Evaluates emerging technologies and drives adoption; mentors and coaches development teams on best practices
Ensures adherence to architectural standards, security protocols, and coding guidelines
Drives continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system performance, scalability, and reliability

Typically has a Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or related field
Eight (8) to twelve (12) years of related experience or an equivalent combination
Expert knowledge and experience in Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse
Experience with model-driven and canvas apps
Integration expertise integrating Power Platform solutions with other systems, including Dynamics 365 and Microsoft 365
Experience with data integration, including APIs, REST services, and SQL
Expertise in designing and implementing distributed systems, microservices, and cloud based solutions
Strong proficiency in software development methodologies, tools, and frameworks
Knowledge of best practices within Power Platforms including governance and security standards
Proven leadership capabilities, with a passion for driving innovation and excellence
Strong communication skills and oral presentation skills
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
