About the role
- Serve as a primary pricing contact on large institutional mandates, developing proposals with sales and investment leaders and reviewing exceptions with senior leadership
- Build and maintain pricing tools using Excel, Salesforce, PowerBI, and Tableau
- Become an expert in third‑party data sources, rapidly querying and automating data pulls, background tool updating (e.g., Morningstar, Bloomberg)
- Develop analytical models that generate objective pricing recommendations and conduct holistic product line reviews with specific fund-by-fund recommendations for annual plans
- Redesign processes and governance structures to create new ways of incorporating data-driven decision making
- Lead product‑line reviews, redesign processes to strengthen data‑driven decision making, support Funds Board materials with MDs and SMDs, and maintain strong relationships with subject‑matter experts
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in mathematics, finance, economics, engineering, analytics or a related field
- MBA and/or CFA preferred
- Proven ability to influence outcomes and translate complex analysis for both technical and non‑technical audiences
- Strong problem‑solving, strategic thinking, and analytical skills paired with strong business acumen
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office products and Excel
- Effective at managing multiple priorities, adaptable across diverse projects, and proactive in identifying efficiency opportunities
