About the role
- Lead, develop, and motivate a high-performing sales team focused on customer relationship management within VIC, SA and TAS
- Coach and mentor team members to deepen customer engagement
- Analyse sales data and metrics to inform strategic decisions
- Collaborate cross-functionally to streamline sales operations
- Develop and execute plans to meet or exceed financial targets
- Monitor sales pipelines, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
Requirements
- Experience in industrial, engineering, or MRO sectors is beneficial
- Proven leadership skills
- Strong capability in using sales metrics and KPIs
- Proficient in sales pipeline management, financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
- Comfortable with technology adoption including CRM systems and reporting tools like Power BI
- Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned geographic area
