Requirements
- 12+ years in Talent Acquisition preferred, or broader HR equivalent experience
- Proven leadership experience in complex, fast‑paced environments
- Strong familiarity with the asset management, investment management, or broader financial services sectors preferred—understanding niche talent pools and market dynamics
- Demonstrated success leading end‑to‑end recruitment across corporate and technical functions
- Proven ability to build strategic partnerships and influence senior stakeholders
- Experience driving recruitment strategies using data, dashboards, metrics, and analytics
