About the role

  • Ensuring the safe and efficient running of our RDCs in Belfast, Cork and Dublin
  • Support the DC management team, meeting all delivery SLA’s
  • Providing excellent level of customer service and communication across the organisation
  • Manage teams across 3 separate sites
  • Use management information to identify opportunities to reduce costs/waste and improve operational efficiency
  • Plan, monitor and adjust overall staffing levels to maintain operational efficiency
  • Lead on the recruitment and selection of new members of staff
  • Oversee the induction of new members of staff
  • Deal with staff issues promptly and in line with relevant AAG policies

Requirements

  • Previous Logistics and man management skills
  • Competent with Microsoft office suite: Excel, Outlook, Teams especially
  • Experience with WMS systems, KCS K8 and MAM Autopart is desirable
