About the role
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for assigned positions, including intake meetings, job postings, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, candidate evaluations, reference checks, and offer support
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, position requirements, and desired candidate profiles
- Develop and execute effective recruiting strategies to attract qualified and diverse talent across a variety of roles
- Proactively source candidates through job boards, networking, referrals, and other recruiting channels
- Manage all candidate communications and ensure a professional, responsive, and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Coordinate and facilitate interview scheduling, hiring team communication, and movement through the hiring process
- Track recruiting activity, hiring progress, and key talent acquisition metrics such as time-to-fill, candidate pipeline health, and source effectiveness
- Maintain job postings and applicant tracking system data to ensure accuracy, organization, and compliance
- Support onboarding coordination and hiring transition activities to promote a seamless new hire experience
- Provide day-to-day HR administrative support across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee changes
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure HRIS data integrity
- Assist with drafting HR communications, documentation, and internal resources
- Support compliance-related activities, audits, and general HR process administration as needed
- Serve as a secondary reviewer for payroll processing to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Act as a backup resource for payroll administration as needed
- Partner with payroll vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve discrepancies
- Collaborate closely with the broader People Team on cross-functional initiatives
- Support HR programs, projects, and process improvements
- Contribute to a strong, collaborative, and employee-focused culture
- Create and maintain ad hoc HR reports and dashboards, including headcount, turnover, and recruiting metrics
- Analyze HR and recruiting data to support decision-making and identify trends
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 3–7+ years of HR experience, with a strong emphasis on full-cycle recruiting and talent acquisition
- Foundational knowledge of recruitment and/or prior recruiting experience is required.
- Experience managing multiple concurrent requisitions, preferably 10 or more, is highly preferred.
- Experience supporting payroll processes in a review or backup capacity preferred
- Familiarity with HRIS and applicant tracking systems (e.g., Paylocity or similar platforms)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools
