About the role

  • Support monthly closing processes and ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
  • Contribute to the annual budgeting and forecasting processes.
  • Prepare cash flow forecasts and monitor liquidity to support financial stability.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports, providing up-to-date cost and operational analyses to support business decisions.
  • Develop and propose OPEX optimization initiatives to improve efficiency and cost control.
  • Monitor and maintain pricing data in the ERP system, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Support Finance Management in the decision-making process through financial analysis and insights.

Requirements

  • Degree in business, economics or Engineering or any other field related to the position.
  • At least 2 years of similar experience; previous experience in the healthcare industry is an advantage.
  • Strong understanding of controlling, accounting rules and capability to learn business.
  • Very organized with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to quickly identify and prioritize issues, create solutions and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in use of Microsoft office with speed and accuracy.
  • Experience with any accounting software, data entry and analysis.
  • Ability to communicate in an effective, polite, and tactful manner.
  • Native Hungarian, fluent English knowledge is a must, Croatian or Slovenian knowledge is a huge plus.
