About the role
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with hospitals, medical schools, and surgical training centers across Bulgaria.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers including surgeons, department heads, and hospital administrators.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the capabilities of SOFMEDICA Ventures surgical software platform.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive prospecting and relationship management.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with healthcare institutions of varying sizes.
- Stay informed about the healthcare and medical software landscape in Bulgaria.
- Identify emerging trends in surgical software and competitive offerings in the market.
- Provide feedback to the product development team based on customer needs and market demands.
- Attend medical conferences, trade shows, and networking events to promote SOFMEDICA software solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status in CRM system
- Follow up with prospects and customers to ensure satisfaction and identify expansion opportunities
- Collaborate with customer support team to ensure seamless onboarding and implementation
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (any field; business, life sciences, or healthcare preferred).
- Proficient in MS Office; comfortable with CRM, sales tools, and AI agents.
- Fluent Greek (native/near-native) and English (B2+; C1 preferred)
- Highly driven, self-motivated, and resilient.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Results-oriented with a positive, professional demeanor.
- Valid driver’s license; willing to travel.
- Sales experience or exposure would be a strong plus.
