• Automate and improve manual workflows
• Improve documentation in both structure and content to make it fit for AI consumption
• Assisting with reporting and analytics
• Support forecasting and pipeline analytics
• Track customer product usage and analytics
• Support CRM hygiene and reporting
• Drive data quality improvements on our internal data (e.g. using Soda!)
• Improving systems and processes across Soda
• Partner with teams across the organization to identify and fix process bottlenecks
• Help design scalable systems and playbooks (e.g. recruitment, event planning, sales enablement)
