About the role
- Develop and oversee comprehensive digital marketing strategies across channels such as paid search, display, social media, email, and web, ensuring alignment with business goals and market opportunities.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of digital marketing specialists, fostering a culture of collaboration, feedback, and continuous improvement.
- Guide the planning, launch, and optimization of digital campaigns to support product launches, demand generation, and brand initiatives.
- Analyze campaign performance data, generate insights, and implement optimizations to maximize ROI and achieve KPIs.
- Manage digital marketing budgets, allocate resources, and oversee relationships with external vendors and platforms.
- Collaborate with content, design, product, and analytics teams to ensure digital assets are compelling, on-brand, and tailored to target audiences.
- Stay current on digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices, and recommend innovative approaches.
- Ensure all digital marketing activities adhere to brand guidelines, compliance standards, and data privacy regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 10-15+ years of experience in digital marketing, with proven ability to lead integrated campaigns and manage budgets independently.
- Advanced expertise in digital marketing channels, tools, and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, Google Analytics, marketing automation).
- Strategic and analytical thinking, with a data-driven approach to digital marketing optimization.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with experience leading complex, multi-channel campaigns.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creativity, adaptability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
