About the role
- Architect and design scalable, resilient, high-performance backend systems and platforms in AWS
- Contribute hands-on to key initiatives
- Lead cross-team technical initiatives
- Partner closely with Product, Design, Data Science, and Platform teams
- Own design of APIs and microservices

- Solve complex distributed system challenges

Requirements
- 10+ years of professional software engineering experience
- 3+ years of hands-on technical leadership (as Tech Lead or Manager)
- 5+ years of experience with Golang (preferred) and/or Java
- Deep understanding of AWS cloud-native architectures and services
- Proficiency with microservices, API design, and event-driven systems
- Strong operational mindset
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills
