About the role
- Develop product positioning, messaging, and value propositions that differentiate Socure’s solutions for fintech and marketplace customers.
- Lead the charge on high-impact launches. You aren’t just hitting "send" on an email; you are orchestrating cross-functional teams to ensure our innovations land with a splash and drive immediate pipeline.
- Serve as the "Voice of the Market." You’ll dive deep into the competitive landscape of digital identity and compliance, ensuring our roadmap stays two steps ahead of industry shifts.
- Collaborate with product, sales, and marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignment across channels.
- Turn our sales team into experts. You’ll create the "battle cards," pitch decks, and training that help our account executives win in the complex ecosystem.
- Track and analyze product and campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Develop customer-facing content, including case studies, blog posts, and product collateral, highlighting the impact of Socure’s solutions in fintech and marketplace environments.
- Gather feedback from customers and internal stakeholders to inform product improvements and marketing initiatives.
- Develop thought-leadership content (blogs, whitepapers, case studies) that establishes Socure as the definitive expert in marketplaces and fintechs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in product marketing, marketing, or a related field, with a strong preference for experience marketing to fintech and/or marketplace customers.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and market trends.
- Project management and organizational abilities; able to manage multiple projects and adapt to shifting priorities.
- Deep understanding of product marketing, go-to-market strategies, and sales enablement.
- Collaboration and relationship-building skills across cross-functional teams.
- Adaptability, curiosity, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with digital identity, fraud prevention, or compliance solutions is a plus.
- Experience marketing to FinTechs and/or Marketplace customers is a must.
