About the role
- Define and lead the AI program strategy: roadmap, portfolio of use cases, and tracking the value generated by projects.
- Coordinate IT, data, and business teams and ensure the program’s coherence.
- Industrialize AI solutions and integrate use cases into existing systems.
- Establish and drive program governance.
- Define and manage the internal communications plan; highlight initiatives and results achieved.
- Support change management and promote AI awareness and adoption across teams.
Requirements
- Proven experience in digital transformation, innovation, or managing complex programs.
- International and multi-site experience, ideally in an industrial environment.
- Proficiency in French and English (minimum B2 level).
