About the role
- Managing a dedicated portfolio of existing clients
- Primary point of contact for brand clients at socialPALS
- Providing strategic advice to brands on using the platform
- Taking strategic and operational responsibility for client relationships
- Proactively identifying opportunities and preparing structured recommendations
- Close collaboration with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing and Product teams
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in account or project management
- Confident, structured use of tools such as CRM systems, Asana and spreadsheets/Excel
- Basic understanding of online marketing, social media and digital campaigns
- Ideally, experience in strategic planning or evaluation of advertising measures
- Clear and respectful communication internally and externally
- Ability to work independently and enthusiasm for long-term client development
- Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
