About the role
- Own a dedicated portfolio of clients as their primary strategic partner and day-to-day relationship lead
- Lead client meetings, workshops, and reviews
- Anticipate client needs and proactively bring forward smart recommendations
- Architect projects and programs that lack clear definition
- Serve as a senior thought partner across the engagement team
- Oversee the overall strategic direction and health of client programs
- Partner with project management and specialist teams to maintain timelines, scope, and delivery standards
Requirements
- 7+ years of relevant experience
- Agency experience
- Experience within in-house or brand organizations is a meaningful bonus
- Broad, deep cross-disciplinary knowledge
- Strategic architecture skills
