About the role
- Lead and manage up to 4 team members, providing both functional and disciplinary leadership
- Capacity planning, task prioritization, and ensuring efficient processes
- Support individual development and provide coaching
- Conduct development reviews and participate in recruiting processes
- Proactive social media marketing consulting for B2B and B2B2C clients as project lead on individual projects and retainers
- Co-develop cross-channel social media strategies
- Enablement and operational support for your team in daily social media activities
- Multi-project and account management; structured coordination between different clients
- Ensure high client satisfaction, long-term client relationships, and profitability
- Responsibility for agency revenues in the mid six-figure range
- Control financial KPIs such as margin, utilization, and contribution margin
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in professional social media marketing — as a consultant, account manager, or team/project lead at an agency, ideally with B2B clients
- Proven success leading teams of at least 2 people
- Entrepreneurial mindset, empathy, and genuine interest in digital developments
- Understanding of relevant business metrics in agency operations and their interrelations
- Independent, organized, and responsible working style with a strong hands-on mentality
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English — confident, clear, empathetic, and on equal terms
