• Conduct development reviews and participate in recruiting processes
• Proactive social media marketing consulting for B2B and B2B2C clients as project lead on individual projects and retainers
• Co-develop cross-channel social media strategies
• Enablement and operational support for your team in daily social media activities
• Multi-project and account management; structured coordination between different clients
• Ensure high client satisfaction, long-term client relationships, and profitability
• Responsibility for agency revenues in the mid six-figure range
• Control financial KPIs such as margin, utilization, and contribution margin
