About the role

  • Supporting and managing partners in Bitrix CRM, including handling complex and non-standard requests
  • Analyzing platform dynamics, key metrics, and engagement trends to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement
  • Developing and launching solutions that enhance user experience
  • Formulating hypotheses and running experiments to improve retention and interaction frequency
  • Continuously improving product mechanics and approaches to drive sustainable growth in engagement and overall service quality on the platform
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams (product, analytics, engineering) to implement and scale changes.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Spanish (B2+), Russian (C1), and English (B2)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience in negotiating, working with contractors, partners, and working with claims
  • Confident work with data in tables (Google Sheets, Excel)
  • Advanced user of Google Workspace.
