About the role
- Monitor and influence how the brand is presented in AI-generated search results (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini), by improving the reputation across authoritative platforms frequently referenced by LLMs (e.g., Trustpilot, Sitejabber, Reddit, Quora)
- Design strategies for leveraging Reddit and Quora not only for sentiment shaping, but also as emerging sources of qualified organic traffic and brand discovery
- Collaborate with AI/SEO specialists to ensure reputation signals (reviews, user-generated content) are consistently indexed and recognized by search engines and generative AI models
- Analyze the impact of reputation and community management on core business KPIs
- Develop company-wide playbooks, systems, and workflows for reputation and review management
- Partner with the Customer Support team to process and respond to user feedback
- Lead SERM (Search Engine Reputation Management) efforts to improve branded search visibility
- Build and test hypotheses to optimize SERM performance metrics Analyze customer pain points in reviews and translate them into actionable hypotheses for the Growth Hacking team
- Contribute to SEO and PR initiatives by creating or coordinating content tied to review and reputation strategy
- Work cross-functionally with Customer Support, Social Media, PR, Marketing, and Product teams
- Establish analytics-based systems to monitor, report, and mitigate reputation risks proactively.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in online reputation management, brand strategy, and communications
- A proven track record of building and scaling reputation programs, including creating guidelines and leading cross-functional efforts
- Solid experience with digital PR (Trustpilot, Sitejabber), SEO, and search visibility strategies
- Strong understanding of online communities like Reddit, Quora, and vertical-specific forums.
