Administrative Assistant

• Monitor and respond to parent emails and texts twice daily, morning and afternoon
• Answer common parent questions, route issues that cannot be handled, and ensure no parent goes unanswered
• Keep class listings, times, locations, and capacity accurate in SportsEngine Motion
• Update class information as sessions fill, change, or are added
• Organize, triage, and maintain the email inbox
• Draft routine replies and flag matters requiring the owner's attention
• Schedule leadership meetings, send invitations and agendas, track action items, and follow up
• Maintain trackers, files, and records so information is easy to find and nothing gets lost
• Check and respond to communications reliably at set times each day
• Provide proactive status updates and raise problems early
