About the role
- Lead the supply chain topics, ensuring accurate demand planning, replenishment, and inventory management across European portfolio
- Oversee business processes with the affiliates
- Continuously improve the supply chain using digital and data-driven industry 4.0 standards
- Execute cluster/affiliate Demand Planning meetings to align stakeholders
- Develop S&OP process and promote its tools cross-functionally
- Maintain knowledge of supply chain components
- Report regionally driven KPIs
- Participate in product launches and recommend inventory strategy shifts
- Support all financial cycles: forecasting, budget and LRP
Requirements
- 3+ year’s experience in the Pharmaceutical, Veterinary or Consumer Goods industry
- Understanding of SAP and other Supply Chain systems/tools, especially around Demand and Replenishment processes
- Knowledge of Supply Chain concepts, tools and business processes and predictive analytics
- Degree in Supply Chain Management (alternatively, CPIM certified or in progress) or applicable experience
- Strong business/financial acumen and analytical/problem-solving skills
- Strong communicator; ability to influence broadly
- Certified Operational Excellence AGILE Leader, green Belt certificate or equivalent trainings minimum required
