About the role

  • Manage **inbound inventory and coordinate incoming shipments**, ensuring smooth product flow into the warehouse
  • Handle **outbound operational requests **and support the day-to-day operations of the supply chain team
  • Coordinate closely with **production, logistics, suppliers, and internal stakeholders** to ensure efficient operations
  • Manage **packaging materials,** including monthly and ad hoc packaging orders as well as **care label management**
  • Conduct **weekly quality control checks** on product samples, including capacity testing and product verification
  • Inspect and **review samples received in the Prague office** and document any quality issues
  • Communicate** quality findings** and collaborate with production and supply chain teams to resolve issues

Requirements

  • Background in **textile engineering, textiles, fashion, or a related field**
  • 1-2 years of experience in **operations, logistics, production, or supply chain** (internships also welcome)
  • Experience or strong interest in the **fashion, garment, or textile industry**
  • Fluency in **Czech and English**
  • Advanced **Excel skills **and a structured, detail-oriented working style
  • Strong **organizational and coordination skills**, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
  • Interest in **textiles, production processes, and product quality**
