About the role
- Being the primary point of contact for our customers via email and social media, delivering timely, thoughtful, and solution-oriented support
- Managing customer inquiries related to products, availability, orders, and order changes in Czech, English and German languages (with the support of AI)
- Coordinating closely with our external warehouse partners and logistics providers to ensure smooth order fulfillment and delivery
- Handling product returns, exchanges (size/fit), and claims efficiently
- Collecting, documenting, and sharing customer feedback and insights to help continuously improve our products, processes, and overall customer experience
- Ensuring all customer interactions reflect snuggs’ brand values and contribute to a positive, trust-based relationship with our community
- Actively contributing to the shaping and strengthening of our brand identity through high-quality customer communication and service standards
Requirements
- Native-level Czech skills (C2 Level), and fluency in English
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role (e.g. customer care, support, service, etc.)
- Highly organized, reliable, and comfortable managing priorities independently
- Empathetic, proactive, and motivated to help others - you enjoy creating positive customer experiences
- Strong alignment with snuggs’ values (natural, expertise, kindness) and a mindset focused on continuous personal and professional growth
- Experience with tools such as Asana, Slack, and Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, etc.) is a big plus
