About the role
- Put the customer first by building trusted, long-term relationships with Snowflake’s top customers and telling their stories in ways that create mutual value
- Own customer marketing initiatives aligned to key product categories, supporting priority launches, GTM motions, and strategic narratives
- Execute high-touch customer marketing campaigns with Snowflake’s most strategic and visible customers, including executive-level engagements
- Partner with Product Marketing, Product, Sales, Demand Generation, and Partner teams to identify strong customer champions and reference opportunities
- Develop and scale customer advocacy content, including case studies, videos, testimonials, webinars, blogs, event activations, and speaker engagements
- Track, analyze, and report on the performance of customer marketing campaigns and programs
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in customer marketing, product marketing, executive programs, or related B2B marketing roles
- Experience running high-touch customer or executive marketing programs
- Background in B2B SaaS or enterprise technology environments
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- Experience with Google Suite, Salesforce, Tableau, and Wrike
