About the role
- Work directly with consulting & SI partners, enabling them on key platform features and business benefits
- Present Snowflake technology and vision to decision makers and technical contributors at partners, prospects and customers
- Work hands-on with partners and customers to demonstrate and communicate the value of Snowflake technology throughout the sales cycle
- Build technical champions within our partners and grow the local Snowflake technical community
- Maintain a deep understanding of competitive and complementary technologies and vendors and position Snowflake accordingly
- Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing to continuously improve Snowflake’s products and marketing
- Interact with executives and inspire technical audiences
Requirements
- 4 years of industry experience with a minimum of 2 within a pre-sales environment working directly with consulting & System Integration (SI) partners
- Outstanding presenting skills to both technical and executive audiences, whether impromptu on a whiteboard or using presentations and demos
- Broad range of experience within large-scale Database and/or Data Warehouse technology, ETL, analytics and cloud technologies
- Hands-on expertise with SQL
- Experience in data science is highly desirable
- Hands-on Python experience (preferred)
- Ability to connect specific business problems and Snowflake’s solutions
- University degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics or related fields, or equivalent experience preferred
- Fluency in English required
