About the role
- Lead a team of Partner Solution Engineers to work with strategic ISV Partners
- Recruit, hire, onboard, and manage a high-performing team
- Coach and mentor Partner Solution Engineers on Snowflake implementation
- Provide technical strategies for selling offerings on Snowflake
- Influence TACV and consumption growth through optimized architectures
- Collaborate with Alliances and Sales Leadership for strategic alignment
- Deliver presentations and architectural discussions at events
Requirements
- 15+ years of industry experience in a pre-sales or technical consulting capacity
- 4+ years of people management experience
- Proven track record of driving TACV and Consumption targets
- Strategic experience growing the ISV ecosystem
- Technical expertise in Data Warehousing, GenAI/Machine learning, Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Cloud Computing, and/or SaaS Solutions
- Outstanding presentation skills to both technical and executive audiences
- University degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or related fields (or equivalent experience)
- Willingness to travel within North America
