About the role
- Manage quarterly/monthly topline forecasts by evaluating sales pipeline and key opportunities.
- Support month-end and quarter-end FP&A close processes.
- Provide weekly insights to finance and sales leadership on quarter performance vs. top line forecasts and targets
- Conduct ad-hoc analysis to inform and influence key decision-makers in Finance, Sales, and Field Operations.
- Coordinate effectively with cross-functional partners, including Corporate and other FP&A teams, Data Science, Sales Strategy, Field Operations, and Sales Leaders.
- Develop and maintain a long range sales capacity model
- Leverage AI tools to enhance efficiency across sales finance processes.
Requirements
- Demonstrated strong expertise in financial analysis and modeling.
- Strong business acumen and analytical thinking with the ability to work with data, translate financial data into actionable insights for senior management
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in investment banking, consulting, corporate finance and/or sales operations
- Work effectively across cross functional teams on a day to day basis
- Effective communication and presentation skills to be able to influence multiple stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline
