About the role

  • Manage quarterly/monthly topline forecasts by evaluating sales pipeline and key opportunities.
  • Support month-end and quarter-end FP&A close processes.
  • Provide weekly insights to finance and sales leadership on quarter performance vs. top line forecasts and targets
  • Conduct ad-hoc analysis to inform and influence key decision-makers in Finance, Sales, and Field Operations.
  • Coordinate effectively with cross-functional partners, including Corporate and other FP&A teams, Data Science, Sales Strategy, Field Operations, and Sales Leaders.
  • Develop and maintain a long range sales capacity model
  • Leverage AI tools to enhance efficiency across sales finance processes.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated strong expertise in financial analysis and modeling.
  • Strong business acumen and analytical thinking with the ability to work with data, translate financial data into actionable insights for senior management
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in investment banking, consulting, corporate finance and/or sales operations
  • Work effectively across cross functional teams on a day to day basis
  • Effective communication and presentation skills to be able to influence multiple stakeholders
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline
