About the role
- Deeply understand our customers and their needs, and develop hypotheses on how to effectively drive user signups, onboarding and engagement.
- Drive experimentation and rapid iteration with a high velocity of product launches to accelerate user growth and expansion.
- Define and track key business and usage analytics to measure success, including advanced engagement metrics that go beyond traditional activation and retention.
- Collaborate with engineering, data science, marketing, sales and partner product teams to deliver cohesive experiences and go-to-market strategies.
- Champion a customer-centric, data-driven approach to product development, balancing speed, quality, and business impact.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a Product Management role
- Expertise in growth methodologies, experimentation, and data analysis
- Experimented with building and optimizing agentic workflows to drive delightful user experiences
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills; able to present confidently to large audiences and executive stakeholders
- Understanding of the data platform industry, Snowflake’s positioning, and competitive landscape
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
