About the role
- Accelerate customer journey from initial acquisition to successful platform adoption and expansion on the Snowflake AI Data Cloud.
- Drive initial utilization, leveraging modern AI-powered tools and coding agents to ensure technical success.
- Provide architectural leadership including Architectural Best Practices, Resource Monitoring & Alerts, Budgeting, and RBAC/Security Setup.
- Collaborate with the Account Team to highlight risks and establish trusted relationships with internal Snowflake teams and external partners.
- Create and deliver high-impact programs to educate a wide customer audience on specific platform features.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with SQL is required.
- Strong foundational understanding and experience with data architecture, data analytics, and the core concepts of major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- A strong desire to learn, grow your technical skills, and become an expert in the Snowflake platform.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and possess Project Management skills to track, manage, and drive customers to an agreed-upon timeline.
- University degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or related fields, or equivalent practical experience in a technical role.
