About the role
- Collaborate with partners to develop Snowflake solutions in customer engagements, creating assets, demos, hands-on POCs, and pitching Snowflake solutions.
- Help Solution Providers/Practice Leads with technical strategies to enable selling offerings on Snowflake.
- Keep partners up to date on key Snowflake product updates and future roadmaps.
- Run technical enablement programs, best practices, and solution design workshops for partners.
- Share customer success stories and case studies; provide forward strategic thinking and business value messaging.
- Understand partner revenue drivers and industry priorities to influence where Snowflake products have impact.
- Engage with local and global teams to support partners.
- Present to technical and executive audiences, using whiteboarding, presentations, and demos.
- Occasional travel to partner sites or industry events within Korea.
Requirements
- Have a total of 10+ years of relevant experience.
- Experience working with System Integrators (SIs) in Korea.
- Develop data domain thought leadership within the partner community.
- Providing technical product and deep architectural expertise & latest product capabilities with our Partner Solution Architect community based in Korea.
- Presales or hands-on experience with Data Warehouse, Data Lake or Lakehouse platform.
- Presales or hands-on experience in designing and building highly scalable data pipelines using Spark, Kafka to ingest data from various systems.
- Experience with our partner integration ecosystem like Alation, FiveTran, Informatica, dbtCloud.
- Strong experience with major cloud platforms and tooling, especially Azure or AWS, or Google Cloud.
- Presales or hands-on experience using Big Data or Cloud integration technologies such as Azure Data Factory, AWS Glue, AWS Lambda.
- Experience in the AI/ML domain is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills in Korean and English.
- Proven track record of successfully working with leading partners and creating technical champions.
- Ability to present to technical and executive (C-level) audiences.
- Based in Seoul; occasional travel to partner sites or industry events within Korea may be required.
