About the role
- Oversee spa operations and ensure a high-end customer experience
- Overall management of the spa and smooth execution of daily operations
- Lead and motivate treatment and reception teams
- Organize staff schedules and ensure adherence to protocols and brand standards
- Manage bookings and customer relationships, including handling complaints and implementing customer retention initiatives
- Monitor spa performance including revenue, costs and profitability
- Oversee inventory and ordering
- Develop business by selling treatments and products, implementing commercial initiatives and promoting the spa
- Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards, and maintain cleanliness and proper functioning of facilities
Requirements
- Proven experience managing a luxury spa
- Excellent management skills and a strong customer service orientation
- Operational approach with a strong hands-on presence on the floor
- Proficiency with IT tools and spa management software
- Prior experience working at a spa reception
- Excellent command of English (spoken and written) required; additional languages are a plus
