About the role

  • Oversee spa operations and ensure a high-end customer experience
  • Overall management of the spa and smooth execution of daily operations
  • Lead and motivate treatment and reception teams
  • Organize staff schedules and ensure adherence to protocols and brand standards
  • Manage bookings and customer relationships, including handling complaints and implementing customer retention initiatives
  • Monitor spa performance including revenue, costs and profitability
  • Oversee inventory and ordering
  • Develop business by selling treatments and products, implementing commercial initiatives and promoting the spa
  • Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards, and maintain cleanliness and proper functioning of facilities

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing a luxury spa
  • Excellent management skills and a strong customer service orientation
  • Operational approach with a strong hands-on presence on the floor
  • Proficiency with IT tools and spa management software
  • Prior experience working at a spa reception
  • Excellent command of English (spoken and written) required; additional languages are a plus
