About the role
- Deliver the AI "Driving License" program: lead content sessions.
- Conduct consulting sessions with clients on concrete use cases.
- Support implementation projects, especially in the areas of automation and agent systems.
- Help companies integrate AI solutions end-to-end into day-to-day operations.
- Work closely with founders Jens and Moritz to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 5–10+ years' professional experience in IT, business, or technology.
- Deep hands-on experience with generative AI (well beyond the basics).
- Expertise in automation tools and agent systems (e.g., n8n, Make).
- Proven experience implementing AI use cases end-to-end.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
- Ability to quickly identify which use cases are truly relevant for a company during consulting conversations.
- Enjoy working with people and sharing knowledge.
