• Analyze project financial data to inform future estimating and pricing strategies
• Evaluate and implement project management and financial software systems

Project Manager

• Oversee all phases of multiple projects simultaneously from pre-design through construction observation
• Lead technical, business, design, and administrative components of complex residential and hospitality projects
• Supervise project teams and delegate tasks effectively to meet deadlines and quality standards
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior staff members
• Manage client relationships with excellent listening and communication skills
• Produce expert-level work in Revit for all project documentation and coordination
• Create photorealistic 3D renderings and presentations using Twinmotion, Lumion, or similar platforms
• Set up and export models for consultant coordination and client presentations
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and agency officials throughout project lifecycle
• Ensure projects meet firm standards for design excellence and sustainability
• Maintain organized project documentation and filing systems
• Participate in design development and problem-solving discussions
• Conduct site visits and construction observation as needed
