Designer

• Responsible for overseeing the interior design phases and deliverables, establish project direction and work within project budgets and schedules of multiple projects.
• Under minimal supervision manage multiple projects and a team of Interior Designers and Junior Designers; delegate and assign tasks appropriately.
• Collaborate with project leads to create initial project set-up (budget).
• Monitor the project interior design budget, recommend, and implement any necessary adjustments.
• Responsible for managing resources within the project and meeting budgets and programs.
• Lead a team of professionally and technically competent people of various skill level and is responsible for team performance of services in accordance with the Client Agreement.
• Analyze and determine Client programs and deliver services in accordance with the program and regularly update the program and advise team.
• Manage Client expectations, coordinate team and consultant communications.
• Participate with the sales and design teams in the development of proposals, presentations and project designs.
• Manage activities of direct reports engaged in preparing interior drawings and specifications.
• Oversee the preparation of documents to ensure compliance with design intent deliverables per the Client Agreement.
• Oversee design team on major design decisions, involving spatial and aesthetic elements.
• Ensure the project team meets projected milestones.
• Follow projects through approvals and oversee periodic on-site observations of work during installation of interior finishes and materials.
• Exercise professional judgment in areas of contractual liability.
• Is confident and capable of giving presentations to Clients, Consultants or other external parties as required.
• Participate in company promotional/marketing activities including client database, business development, trade shows where required.
• Assist with training programs to enhance understanding of our core markets.
• Build and mentor interior design staff.

Senior Interior Designer

Architect

• Prepare and develop architectural documents, including elevations, sections, and construction details using Revit and other design software
• Collaborate with Project Architects and Project Managers to understand and adhere to project work plans and timelines
• Participate in all phases of project delivery, from schematic design through construction administration
• Coordinate with consultants and project team members to ensure design integrity and quality
• Create presentation materials, including renderings, models, and design drawings for client reviews
• Conduct research on building codes, zoning regulations, materials, and sustainable design practices
• Attend site visits and provide in-field support during construction phases
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to meet aggressive project deadlines
• Contribute creative design concepts and problem-solving approaches to project challenges

Architectural Designer

• Manage interior design projects through all phases from schematic design through construction administration
• Collaborate with the architectural team to coordinate client communications, project schedules, and budgets
• Work independently to advance projects and meet deadlines with minimal oversight
• Monitor and manage client interior budgets throughout project lifecycle
• Lead overall interior design direction including architectural integration, millwork design, furniture selection, fabric and material specifications, and lighting design
• Design custom casework including preparation of shop drawings, coordination of fabrication, and delivery oversight
• Prepare comprehensive specifications, manage purchasing processes, and oversee scheduling and installation
• Develop client proposals, presentation boards (both physical and digital), cost estimates, and scopes of work
• Present design concepts and material selections to clients with confidence and clarity
• Proactively communicate schedule concerns, budget issues, or project challenges to management
• Coordinate all project consultants or oversee coordination by team members, maintaining responsibility for accuracy and efficiency
• Work closely with the Director of Finance to ensure timely invoicing and resolve billing matters
• Serve as an integral member of the design team, contributing to a collaborative studio environment

Interior Designer

• Serve as Design Staff - Landscape Architect and thought partner on compelling design projects
• Work directly under project managers producing site analysis drawings, project research, schematic design presentations, 2D graphics, 3D digital models, construction documents, and presentation materials
• Build technical acumen through work on landscapes at a variety of scales, phases, and typologies
• Exercise discretion and independent judgment in the performance of duties
• Assist with client meetings and site reconnaissance
• Collaborate in a studio environment focused on design excellence and project management

Design Staff - Landscape Architect

Project Manager

• Develops design and technical solutions under the supervision of a Project Architect/Manager or Senior Project Architect/Manager
• Develop appropriate design solutions for small projects through various phases(SD,DD,CD)
• Has working knowledge of local City and County codes and agencies, as well as uniform building codes
• Prepares marketing material such as award submittals and presentations
• Prepares presentation materials in print and digital form
• Coordinates project design and develops creative-design concepts
• Assists in managing small project(s): coordinating entire scope of work including budget, billing, schedule, consultant coordination, concept designs, design development drawings, construction documents and construction administration, with oversight from senior level manager/architect
• May serve as primary client contact for selected small project(s)
• May be expected to work independently to advance projects to meet the schedule, with reasonable oversight from Project Architect/Manager or Senior Project Architect/Manager
• Expected to alert senior level manager/owner with critical issues, client schedule concerns, budget concerns, ethical concerns or policy matters

• Support multi-disciplinary community-engaged architectural projects, including housing, institutional, and commercial building projects and community and campus planning.
• Understand and develop project goals, contribute to the success of the project team, and strive for excellence in the work.
• Serve as a project team member and grow into a project architect.
• Prepare design drawings, models, renderings, diagrams and other visual tools to help communicate project ideas.
• Complete and clearly present, code, material, or context research and analyses.

• Take notes, file, and support and follow digital organizational systems.
