• Manage network, systems and databases, including acting as the senior-most escalation point.
• Maintain a 99.99% uptime ratio for critical enterprise systems and networks.
• Oversee network asset management, including maintenance of network component inventory and related documentation.
• Collaborate with the SNDL Cybersecurity team to ensure security related systems are operational and effective.
• Manage and ensure the effectiveness of Business Technology disaster recovery and business continuity solutions.
